Possible to change ports?

i'm wondering if it would be possible to change all eqemu ports including zones, world, ect to ports a computer normally uses and would have open/forwarded already.... aka if you want to try to run...

using the rules system, if i change the max level allowed above 75, GM trainers break and no longer offer training of any skill except for languages (even for level 1)... i beleive this is hard-coded...

what in the database controls the lvl of people you are allowed to group with? on live it was 2/3 your lvl or your lvl multiplied by 1.5 is maximum you can group with. on my server ive noticed that...

Making an NPC only partially slowable

is there a way to make an npc only partially slowable like on live how some mobs were only slowable by a certain %... ? I know "U" makes them completely unslowable.

Ok... i finally figured it out... i resourced the rules_values and it worked until i changed the rule pertaining to max level past (75)

apparently anything above 75 breaks the trainers even for...

yeah I just transfered the rules and commands...

yeah I just transfered the rules and commands from peq to ax and then I changed all starting zones to 183 which is the tutorial and made all the starting points 0 0 0 ...I also changed the starting...

well i switched to ax db and it worked just fine, then i did one of a few things, added rules_values table with the data, added commands table with data, and changed starting zones of players......

Database and Launcher Question

I currently have 3 databases... (PEQ, AX, and EQ) PEQ and AX work fine but when i switch to EQ it has a problem with the launchers.... heres the text
