nope kor.. infact only hybrids are gimped with 60 min refreshes on discs. Things such as defensive have a refresh of 15 mins

they are up... it just seems that the login server goes inactive or has a lag spike for a couple of mins and then fixes itself and servers will pop up again. Just wait for a little and try again....

I'm pretty sure you guys are aware of this but if not here you go =p

Every now and then the login server will allow people to login to the login server, but then not "poll" the servers and allow...

now that somthing about viruses has been said i have to bring up how my friend got a virus which changed all of his icons to trashcans.. it was the best virus ever.. i don't think he ever fixed it =p
