LAN/WAN issue HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im running a server on the pc next to me but i cant get it so i can connect to it and people on the net because it i used external my computer wont connect and if i used internal then i can connect...

its not the same system its the same router...

its not the same system its the same router (network) and the only reason i would think it wouldnt work is becuase if theres a port that is fowarded to the server like 9000 for example and i need...
