There are 2 logins. The one you are running is the old one and only the servers with earlier patches are using that one. All the servers combatible with more recent patches are using the new login....

Most people that play live and patch regularly...

Most people that play live and patch regularly have a backup for emu that they don't patch.... I don't play live anymore and only patch when the servers update

Sorry, but, you have to patch to be able to play... Unfortunately, the latest patch will not work. You'll just have to wait until the Dev's release the next update and bring Emu back up with...

Run Everquest.exe. When the patcher comes up, click advanced. Check all the expansions plus optional zones. Download the files.

That should let you into all the zones and it won't say...
