Were the errors you got on first run?

If so, close the program, delete the Data\Servers.xml file and try again.

try running it as Administrator...

Well, I've done it again.... I cleaned out my EQ server folder and accidentally deleted the libmysql.dll.

I compile and run the server x64 and have everything set up x64. Since switching to x64...

I think GeorgeS has a .log file that is generated when you run his tools, look at that and it might give you an idea as to what is happening.

the opt folder will probably not be there on newer MySQL builds.
the folders you DO need are the 'include' and 'lib' folders of the MySQL install.

and for perl the lib/CORE folder

Unfortunately XP Home doesn't allow Remote Admin, though with some google searches there are some 'patches' that can enable it. Not sure I'd recommend it though.
