Hmm. I've never heard of it being a dropped item. I had to make it on live with the recipe above. And I believe that Allah's is mistaken. Even for the Ivy Etched Boots, the Ronium had to be made....

It appears that there is probably a mismatch in the database version and the emu version you are using. Either that or something happened during the import of the database.

Not sure exactly when it came into the game as I still play on live and have used it for at least a couple of years. But I do believe you are correct, the functionality does not yet exist.

I use 2008 without problems. Are you using the Windoze SDK? You can follow the directions for compiling under windows in the wiki and it works pretty well. YMMV.
