A slight server problem, can you help?

I got everything up with no problems...but whenever I try to connect to my server or anyone else, the game quits out before it shows splash screen with the loading bar.

When my C: crashed I was forced to reformat then install win98. Tried to acces my D: drive ( XP - NTFS) woudnt read it.

Also if you do set up a NTFS...
