You should do a search on the perl error you are getting. there are a couple of work arounds that you could try. There really isn't a good solution to this as it doesn't seem to happen to everyone...

These are not errors. They are warnings and will not prevent the compile from completing. I get these same errors. I'm sure most do. Ignore them. Are you getting executables when you are done?
