That has to be it. So far I have been running Xampp > MySQL > start.bat > then the EQ client. I just tried running loginserver.exe. It pops up for half a second and then disappears.

It took some digging. But, I found the solution....

It took some digging. But, I found the solution. There is a service pack for Visual Studio 10. I installed it and presto! Back in business. Might want to add that to the wiki. Without it that error...
