Has anyone succeeded in making an eq server which contains some of the old things we all loved, (boats, etc)? And maybe the old plane of air?

ok, probably covered somewhere in the deep bowels of the wiki...but how do you get worn effects to work, and will only certain spells work for worn? i noticed a worn item type...but still...
