Okay - found main problem - any help?

I downloaded both version 0.2.3 and version 2.4-Prerelease3, but can't figure out how to combine them! Do I just drag the new files from 2.4-Prerelease to the older version, or what?

Any help is...

Sorry for an idiotic post, but I'm a bit confused.

When DLing version 2.4-Prerelease3 or whatever, I noticed that it came with completely different files than 0.2.3, and I have no idea on how to...
