database question

on my server some players have put items into bags , then after they have logged out .. when trying to log back in they cant . i get a error message invalid item ## in invalid slot ## for account id...

few ppl have gave me different 5.5 world.exe to try but still the same thing ,,, sometime it will run for maybe a hour b4 it crashes , other times it crashes like 2 or 3 minutes :/

In my boot5zones i have ports 7990-7999 being used and
that is giving me 10 zone servers ,

is ther i way i can increse this? , during peak server times only having 10 zones up is stopping some...
