It's actually a no-lose situation. You just get a lawyer that will only charge you if you win the case(which you would), and Sony would be paying the attorney fees and court costs as part of the law...

Yeah, that last patch was really just an update for nektolos forest, and the story line. I'd keep a backup of the old zone file though.

Those 2 zones were collected because sony totally changed them. Grobb now has trolls back in it and rathe mountains has all the frogloks now. That was the change in the patch on the 11th.
