The only thing I can think of is that you didnt run everything in order. (ie. you ran the eq game before your world, and whatver type of login you have)

Make sure that you boot everything in...

Get to your command prompt (start - run - "cmd")
Go to your EQEmu dir. and type

world.exe adduser eqemu eqemu 200

If you are, you need to boot up the minilogin.exe before the world.exe

I dont mind posting to help people out, but really, take a look around for just a bit...the info is usually out there.

Going LD often, change your datarate.txt in your everquest folder to 10.0...

Yes, it "dies" take "inbtelegence" to run your own server. Or at least run it properly, I suggest just joining servers others have made.

To play on others server's you just need...

To play on others server's you just need Everquest and a changed eqhost.txt.

To run your own server, you need the 3.6 files, MySQL, db files, and a minilog to run a solo server.
