Mysql Wont Open

i installed mysql and everything went ok, but when i try to open mysql.exe to create a db, it closes and says it cannot connect to server (localhost) anyone know how to fix this? im running windows...

All Expansions except the new LoY exp are enabled. This means Classic, Kunark, Velious, Luclin, and Planes of Power. We havent implemented LoY yet, so you dont have to worry about frogs.
