Qglobal Timer Question

Is there a command to get the time until a qlobal expires through a mob's script?

I couldn't find anything on forums or wiki that allowed me to do this.

Trying to set up a server on my own, was going through to delete needed flags, levels etc, using NaviCat. I deleted ponightmareb. Any way to get it back? I saw no undo. :( Thank!
