Dumping database except for accounts?

How would one go about sourceing a database but keeping the accounts? Would you be kind enough of give me some what of a walk though if able thanks.

I was wondering, I am running a new server and since fqadmin does not work is there a way to edit things like char names, zone points ect... manually? How would go about doing this.

What other programs can be used to compile?

I know that Visual Studio and C++ 6.0 can be used but are there an others that can comple the cvs?
