If you just want to stop him from spawning... Delete his row from the spawn2 table. If you want to totally nuke him from the database, target him and type: #npcspawn delete

Undead aren't attacking high lvls

Undead seem to not be attacking once you get about 7 lvls above them. I've got bodytype set to 3. I believe that's all I should need to set. Can anyone confirm this?
