chat channels

anyone able to help with chat channel issue? everything seems to be running as it should be except when i log in and i get "unable to connect to chat channels, no request will be sent" message.

just cursious as its been couple years since i played live, seems max leadership aa saved up is 4? yet alot of the abilities to purchase require 6 saved laa. am i missing something here?

help, i had server up and running fine with no problems. didnt load it up and play for a week, but now when i load it up (still no errors loading up) i click on any of my characters in diff zones...

was looking at zones data in the database and dont see omens of war listed in there anywhere. is this just my mistake or was left out of database info?
