Yes, originally I was using just a single login to try to get everything setup. I'm now able to create as many accounts as I want and can switch between them....

Soooo...had to run an errand, stopped in at best buy and downloaded the installer with no issues over their wifi on my phone :) Only thing I can think is since I have to use a phone as a hot-spot it...
