Guild Banker - Different Zone

Hi All,

New to this but really enjoying it so far. hit a roadblock.

I would like to use the guild bank in a zone other than 345. It looks like there used to be a rule World:ExpansionSettings that doesnt exist any longer. Is there a way to change the zone to a different ID?

a second question, is there a way to get bazaar functionality in any other zone?
