Custom NPC's.

I am beginning to play with customising my world on the undrground..
I've created a custom NPC by adding him using eqemuadmin.

I intend to make a quest out of this guy, but theres one catch.. I dont know how to place him in the game! How do i get my custom NPC out of the DB and into the game?
