Default Found an old world + kunark spawn text file (no DB!)
While searching through old files I found this old text file with about 5500 spawns from old world and kunark. It's "human-readable" so you have to write a simple parser for it if you want to make a DB.

Those coordinates are no good though...they only have the x and y axis and no z. It is interesting to have the rest of the info though as a reference.

The next version of my zone previewer (see 3rd party forum) will have an option to move all npcs to the nearest ground of the zone, that should take care of most z problems.

I just posted this file for fun anyway, dunno if someone wants to go through the hassle of creating a DB from it.
