Default Resident Evil Online "Free"

I noticed Resident Evil has no monthly fee. This is strange considering even games like PSO want one. It's a great game without the monthly fee. I recommend more online games ditch the monthly fee concept. They should only have it at $5 a month max. Otherwise never. They should also never get rid of our accounts no matter how long we stay away from that game.

Monthly fees are to pay for server costs and workers to make new content for the game, unlike Resident evil online people are always working on mmorpgs. if there was no monthly fee servers would be cheap and most likely crash alot, quality of content such as models and others would be crap, there probley wouldn't even be new content. so no thanks id rather pay my monthly fee.

Seeing that, i was wondering if EQemu ever got some problem is SoE. I know EQEmu dont violate the EULA, since you guys started from scratch, but SoE already contacted you ?

Here's one post that talks about the legality of the emu. There was another one at one time from hogie that he was corresponding with a guy from Sony. I can't seem to find that one though...

Legality

Some guy who worked for Verant/Sony used to idle in chat room back in the day... Always wondered what he was doing... John Smedly or something like that...
