Default Server Trouble

I have 2 questions..

1. What stats determine how many zones I should run?

2. I got the server up and running.. you can get on a create a toon.. but when you goto enter the world it boots you back to the server select.. My Server is Dream Realm and I was windering what this may be.. I am running 5.7-DR1 and the latest live client.. I was wondering if anyone else had any success in getting this to work for them.. if not I may need to look deeper into on my side.

I may.. but I don't have the tools to compile it.. so I will have to wait for the binary to come out.. I just want to know if anyone at all can log into my server.. and how many zones to run.
