Ya know what, I was dumb, I fixed that problem, case sensative, but I have a new one, I changed it all to a local host (thats what Iw as going for..) and it tells me the server is locked :( I check my minilogin window and it says this:

[LoginConfig] block not found in LoginServer.ini.
Server mode: Standalone
Login server listening on port:5999
New TCP connection: 127.0.0.1:4037
55159 New client from ip: 127.0.0.1 port:4056

Now how do I make it unlocked? No other errors.. The top line is what im worried about...

What they mean is your world.exe log does not show any zone servers connecting to it. Just you login into world.exe and creating a character. Then world trying to tell a zone server that isn't there to start qeynos2. If you ran boot5zones, they never connected to world.exe, check the logs for them.

might try to edit your boot5zones it looks like each line has 2 ip addresses in it i dont know about you guys but for me it's only worked if they are all the same (127.0.0.1 if your using minilog or your ip if your using the eqemu login)

the errors from your world.exe look the same as the errors i get if i dont have mysql running when i start the server.
that would also account for not being able to access the zone files
no DB , no worky

The error you posted in your first message looks like the error I get all the time. I have had mysql running, I have done the possible fix for mysql 2006 errror, and I have even gotten mad and cussed at my computer and it still does that every freakin time!! I am even useing localhost for mine.

I really wish I could get this to work.

Dont use 192.* for any of the IP addresses. the readme doesnt say ANYTHING about using emu over a network or LAN. always use your real IP. The field "IP Address" when you goto start, run, cmd, then type "ipconfig" (for winXP)

Where I have a router for my internet connection I kinda have 2 ip addresses. My computer, which has the emulator on it, has a address of 192.xxx.xxx.xxx. My internet, or cable modem itself, is 63.xxx.xxx.xxx. But for localhost login's rather you have a router or what for internet it shouldn't matter should it? I have the winxp firewall turned off as well as the one that is in the router itself.

Then of course the two other pc's hooked into the network have 1 number different on the 192 address at the end of it.

if you use 192.* as any of the IP addressed i cant help you. you can try to fix it whatever way you want but if your hell bent on using your router or network to use the emu i cant help.

fix = unplug the router and connect to the internet normally.

Well I can't get rid of the router cause My parents depend on the internet for there jobs, and this is our internet. I hate finding really cool stuff then finding out I can't use it.

But if I am just useing localhost as a log in, should the internet connection matter?
