Quest related forge issue

Not sure if this is a DB issue or not.

After using a forge or some Crafting devices (quest Related) ghosts of your crafting materials might appear in the device. If you attempt to place the Ghost items in your pack , you crash. If you pick up the items and drop them back in the device they are deleted.
