Default glooming deep

just a quick question, no matter what server i go to if they have a point where u have to zone into glooming deep my screen goes completely gray, i can still see the windows and i can see like a ghost shadow of my self and npc's but the enviroment and everything else is grayed out unless i go underwater when everything hoes clear, any ideas of what i can do to fix it?

There are a few posts around that say the same thing, certain newer zones the textures are all jacked up unril you go under water. I forget the fix, but I think it had something to do with replacing the RenderEffects files.

there's many more. Search for RenderEffects, gray/grey screen, graphics glitch, etc. Search is cool.
