EQEMu 0.2.2 released

There's not any database changes in this release, but there was a bugfix in playerprofile so you'll need to recreate your characters to avoid some funkiness.

Mostly just bugfixes this release, hopefully things will be considerably more stable
Did add Scruffy's "on the fly" zone header editing commands though
