need a little help with a new server

i keep getting this

i did every thing to the letter on your guild. had no problems that am awhere of. i am not a programmer. i have some experince with MatLab, but that was for equation problem solving techniques. when i used the start.bat the first window pops up and closes in a flash(1sec or faster) and the second window stating push enter to start. well when i push enter the window closes and nothing happens...is this normal?

If there are forum threds with this question with answers please guild me to them.

Try posting your config file and make sure to remove your password when you do.
