Out of Character chat and FVNoDropFlag

I've recently enabled World:FVNoDropFlag to 1. As the notation says "Sets the FV ruleset to on or off. Enable with rule 2 for GM-trading only. Keep in mind this disables OOC chatter for GMs only if you choose that option."

So it's disabled OOC for everyone...except Titanium client users - which I thought was odd.

I've turned Karma required to speak to 0, turned OOC to off (then back to on), and a few other things, but it appears that I can't find any documentation on this.

Has anyone been able to bypass this rule turning off global OOC?

No, I had to turn it off for Kimura's Project to have OOC again, if you want to keep it on, you can use /auction.

Okay thanks. I think I'll take the fvnodrop table row and reverse all of it's 1's into 0's and switch those into the nodrop table row so simulate FV rules without disabling globally the OOC.
