PEQ Merchants Stuck in Old Bazaar

Hey there. So I logged back into PEQ after 15 years.... My characters are ok. Some slightly weird items I dont remember having but I guess its been a while. My main issue at the moment is I have some Bazaar traders / mules that are stuck in the old original bazaar zone and have no way to get to the exit. Is this just a file issue on my end or is there something I need to do?
