Default Crashing to desktop before char. select solution
You must go to Everquest/uifiles/default.

Rename the file EQUI_Animations to anything. Then go to http://elnounch.narod.ru/ and download that file and place it into that folder. You must run eqgame patchme instead of running the patcher. If you run the patcher it will replace the old EQUI_Animations and you will continue to crash. Thank ELNounch for this info. I just wanted to post a new topic on it so people will just look here.

I would think this would be warez, its copywrited and cannot be re-distributed without permission from Sony
