Bow weapons Procing

Not sure if this is right place to post but

Do bows not proc ? if they do, do i need the proc on the bow or the arrow ? ive played a ranger and shot atleast 2k+ arrows and not proced any of the procs ive put on the bow. i dont know if it wont work on the bow or whats the matter.

Effect goes on the bow

If you made the bow with the effect try checking the stats and see if its on there, I think this version has bow proc's but i might have added it to mine not sure though.
