Ok -- No more patcher questions
There is NO way to get the files back, any files posted here to revert EQ to an older version is considered warez and will NOT be tolerated. I will start to delete posts instead of locking from now on. There is NO ETA for the patcher to be back up, keep watching the site, there will be an announcement once it is back up.

Been off and on with EQEmu for over a year... look at my post count, then look at when I signed up on the boards. I'm a lot older than most.

Greetings. I just heard about eqemu from a freind a couple of days ago and i would love to try it out. Unfortunatly, as I understand, i can not play it until i revert to the old version of eq and i can not do so without patcher. I read the messege in news about it and i understand the reasons for taking it down, as well as reasons for not allowing warez. However please keep in mind that there are other people like me who can't try out eqemu for this reason. I am sure that all of us appriciate your efforts in creating eqemu. Could you please consider creating some kind of temporary, legal solution to let people revert to the old eq. Thank you for attention and good luck with code.

That request was for what patcher was. It WAS temporary. 6 frigging months of temporary. It wasn't supposed to be going even close to as long as it did. It costs a lot to run, and it's gone. Sorry.
