Default Server Issue

So, I have uninstalled and completely installed several times. Even though I see all four windows, I never see my server appear on the server list here on the website.

I am wondering, if I download the latest sql file to source in, do I still need to source all of the old files, as this step states?

Code:
type
use peq;
and press enter

Then, for each of the .sql files you made a note of, starting with the lowest numbered one and proceeding in sequence, enter:
source
and press enter.

Eg. in the example I gave, i.e. using PEQ database rev 2294 and EQEmu Source rev 2501, you would type:

source 2299_required_inspectmessage_fields.sql
source 2300_optional_loot_changes.sql
source 2340_required_maxbuffslotspet.sql
source 2361_required_qs_rule_values.sql
source 2370_required_aa_updates.sql
source 2376_required_aa_updates.sql
source 2380_optional_merc_data.sql
source 2380_optional_merc_merchant_npctypes_update.sql
source 2380_optional_merc_rules.sql
source 2383_required_group_ismerc.sql
source 2428_optional_levelbasedexpmods.sql
source 2448_optional_stun_proc_aggro_rule.sql
source 2471_required_aa_updates.sql
source 2482_required_start_zones.sql
and press enter.

There may be further updates to apply in the following folder:
?
1

C:\EQ\Source\utils\sql\git folder

In this folder are two sub-folders, one called required, and one called optional. As the names suggest, any .sql files in the 'required' folder must be applied. The ones in the 'optional' folder are ... optional.
In each sub-folder, there may be .sql files with names like:

YYYY_MM_DD_Desc.sql

Source these .sql files in in ascending date order in the same way you did with the updates in the utils\sql\svn folder.
When you are done you can type exit to exit mysql and then close the command window.
And if not, then why does my server never show? I'd like to connect and try everything out to insure that I can play and then give the information out to friends so they can play as well.

Never mind. I misunderstood, and I thought my server would show up on the server list here on the website.

When I log into the game I do in fact see my server. Woot!
