mmm system required

Heya all, i was wondering if i could be able to host a local server at home to test it and try to put it on a server after if i learn how to use it well
Here is my computer
pentium 4 1.8ghz
512 mb ram
gforce 4 ti4600
80 gig hard drive 7600
cable connection
(i think that's all the info you need)
ps: i know my pc is not really big, don't laf at me hehe
