EQW problem

EQW was working great till like yesterday...i use it also for regular EQ, and been playing 2 accounts. As of yesterday i started playing and got huge video lag when i would play either character (same zone or different zone, didnt matter) so hard i couldnt even run with either. It works fine with 1, but with 2 its been really bad recently. Only alters ive done recently is i turned on a few luclin models via c:/programfiles/everquest, but then turned those off...i dunno how to get it to work, open to all resonable suggestions =)
