I would have responded to your question in the original thread but (SHOCK! FAINT!) someone locked it. Why? Damned if I know -- Image himself was asking people to go to the board those links lead to.

Here is a link to a thread on the GuildWars board (which I assume is acceptable, yes?) that should answer the "hubbub" portion of your inquiry.
