I Have a Server Running Dil's World server.

I am Familar with the addon.ini file

I am Trying to change a few things in their to allow my gms to do certain things but i am stumped.

I Would like to Allow My Gm's To Level People Past 65.
It Seems You Have to be a Serverop For that But I want to Change That to where status level 100-199 can Do this.

Secondly I am Trying to Change it To where My Gm's 150-199 Can Add Spawns To the DB with Npcspawn Command. It Wont let them and its not in the ini file it seems they have to be serverop for that as well. Is there any way that I Can Change These Things.

Not too sure about this, but that seems like it would be a code issue.... What makes me think that is this from the changelog included in 0.5.3 DR 3 :

LethalEncounter: Added a new command (#setstat) that allows you to set a characters stats.
LethalEncounter: Added a new quest command that allows you to modify a characters stats.
