Default The Nexus

My char died in Blackburrow and then tryed to return to The Nexus instead of my home point Nth Qeynos. I can not connect to the nexus zone and if I try EQ quits and says something like 'everquest cannot find the zone file nexus'. I figured thid could be an expansion zone and so i was just wondering if i was right, if not then how could i get into this zone. Otherwise can a gm please move Walnut on the GW server back to Nth Qey if they get a moment. I realise this isnt the GW forum but i thought id post it while i was here. Thx

Yes, you are right, they have their own website. You should post it there if you want resolution to your problem. And by the way, if you dont have them, that IS an expansion zone. It is a Luclin expansion zone.

I was not aware that GW had ANY expansions set up. I thought it was all old world.

you can also download the files you're missing via the EQ patcher, in optional patch area you can select specific files, check to see if the ones you're missing are available for download via this method.

Yes, but if you do NOT want the newest patch (which you do NOT unless you are going to play on Shawn's server, until the new release comes out), you need to cancel the regular patching process, then click advanced, and choose the expansions you are wanting to download, and let it do its thing. Unless they have changed it VERY recently, you wont be patched (the regular client) to the newest eqlive.
