Default Need patches?

Hello everybody!

I'm a newbie here :P
I was searching for free EQ servers and I found this site!
It's really amazing to find a EQ emulator just as UO's!

Now I have a little question,
do I still need to have patches to play in those emulated servers?
I just wonder if I can access those zones previously required patches, or if I can see the new skins of model??

You will only need Everquest installed and an EQEmu account to play EQEmu Server.
Some servers like Winter Roar require you to patch, but most of the servers doesnt require a "special patch".

The only races and classes that are available on any server are the ones sony has created. Winter's roar just has custom spells and zones and stuff that you have to have to play on their server so they have you download a few custom files.
