About GM Impossible Status

If you ever played a GM on a emu server, you can see every player's user id and access level.. Well if you are Gm impossible, your level shows as -1 although it's like 255. But when you set someone's access level to -1, they cant even use the #help command. lol

I thought that was kinda weird.
