Changing EQ Items icons

I was wondering if it was possible to change items icons.

Mango item editor look like to use icons that are in S3D files (EQInside.dll), so i think its possible to change item icons.
Also, in default UI, dragitemXX.tga are present, but when i change the items, i dont see any change under EQ or ItemEditor. I have look in all S3D files, and cant find those dragitemXX.tga, well only the first 4 who are pre-kunark.
