Question about Boot5zones

Anyone have a breakdown of the structure of the syntaxes for the zone*.exe files? Eg, what the 127.0.0.1 at the end of the zone bootup line is for? Appriceate any info in advance.

EDIT: running zone9x without the syntax can be a good thing

For anyone that wants to know, here is the usage:

zone zone_name address port worldaddress
