World.exe Crashing every 10 sec

Anyone else haveing this problem ????? My world.exe keeps crashing every 10-70 sec seems to be happening when people log in and I cant figer out why would somethin I have done to the database

: any input would be most grateful

BTW this is on a windows installation

Also this only started crashing this bad today (5-20-04)
before it used to crash just every once and a wile =(
