OK.
Im somewhat new to EQemu,but I know some of the stuff im doing.My question is: If I re-install EQ and do not patch at all,will I have access to the Servers?

No the version on the CD's is outdated as soon as what ever expansion it is you installed to comes out. Only things you can do would be to install patch to live find a friend to give you the files you need or just wait until the dev's fix it.
