Server Issues...

When i load up world.exe now everything is fine...

then boot5zones.bat everything is fine

But when someone tries to login to my server, it crashes eq, or sends them back to the login screen. my db only has db.sql from eqemu folder and dumpeditems.sql But i deleted all the items and i made about 50 of my own right now... why is this happening and what can i do to fix it?
