Default Stops Responding

When I make a new char, I can zone like once (twice if i'm lucky) before the char refuses to zone (It sits in the loading screen for a while, sometimes it boots me to the server screen), and when I try to log back into that char it does the same thing (Sit's in the loading screen, I ctrl-alt-delete and it says it's not responding). Any ideas as to why it's doing this?

Perhaps it is your computer, perhaps it is the server, perhaps it is both. Are you trying to play on a 5.7 server or a 5.8 server? What server?

What can i say, 5.8 release as well as the new live compatible login server are new and buggy, Which is why it is a DR (Developer Release).

I have this same problem. I click a server, everything seems to load, then I get the character select screen. I select a character then the screen turns black for a while, then it shows the everquest screen then it goes back to the server selection. Is this a problem with my computer?, or is it server related.

NM, after reading more, it appears I'm having the problem from the newest patch.
