Bad/expired session key: 23204

Hello... Linux Redhat9 6DR2 CVS 9/11/2004 PEQ_Kunark DB

I logged in to my server after a reboot and saw there were 2 of me logged in... same chars same zone.. atleast thats what a /who all showed.. then I got this in my log:

Bad/expired session key: 23204

I zoned out to a new zone and got tossed back to server select screen.
